Keqbërja e fshehtë/dhuna

“…Dhunuesit do ta dinë se ku po rrokullisen.”

(Kur’an: Shuara, 227)

Dhuna shpreh një veprim të shëmtuar, një fjalë dhe sjellje negative, gjegjësisht një padrejtësi. Ajo asnjëherë nuk mund të ketë konotacion pozitiv. Vetëm se, ka raste, sikur sot që ndodh nëpër botë, që një veprim i dhunshëm/keqbërës të vlerësohet si avancim, përparim apo një fazë e patjetërsueshme që duhet të tejkalohet.

Së këndejmi, vetëdija apo veprimi vetëdijshëm, është veprimi për të cilin njeriu nuk mund të thotë se nuk e ka ditur ose nuk e ka kuptuar. Këtë mund t’ua thotë vetëm atyre që nuk kanë qasje për njeriun në fjalë ose për rrethanat brenda të cilave zhvillohet ngjarja. Mu për këtë dhuna mund të vijë në shprehje edhe me vetëdije edhe me pavetëdije. Dhuna me vetëdije s’do koment. Vetëm se ajo që është me pavetëdije kuptohet si e tillë vetëm atëherë kur bëhet e qartë se është gabim veprimi apo fjala e thënë më herët ku për të njëjtën kërkohet falje prej njerëzve ose prej Allahut Fuqiplotë. Në të kundërtën ajo nuk mund të llogaritet si e pavetëdije.

Në jetën e përditshme dhuna kuptohet si një padrejtësi që e vepron njeriu në rrethana të ndryshme dhe në forma të ndryshme, ndaj tjetrit. Është e vërtetë se dhuna merr formë dhe del në pah pas një veprimi të njeriut. Por, ajo burimin e ka pak më thellë. Dhuna është një gjë e cila, para se të shprehet apo të veprohet, ose para se të aktivizohet perceptimi, gjegjësisht shqisat e njeriut për të, ajo ekziston para se të jetë e kapshme apo e dukshme për tjetrin. Ajo pra, është shpirti dhunues i njeriut. Gjegjësisht ajo është ana e fshehtë e dhunës. Mu për këtë shpesh herë ndodh që keqbërësi apo dhunuesi të jetë edhe viktimë i keqbërjes së tij, mu ashtu sikur që shprehet kalifi Omer Abdylazizi, gjegjësisht Omeri i dytë: “Nuk mund të mendoj ndonjë të paudhë (zalim) që të jetë më viktimë (mazllum) se ai që e ka zili tjetrin.” (Mesazhi i Kuranit, Muhammad Asad, Logos-A, Shkup, 2016, f. 927).

Njëri nga Pejgamberët e Allahut Fuqiplotë, Nuhu a.s. deklaron se ai nuk është prej zullumqarëve (dhunuesve): “Dhe nuk po ju them se janë pranë meje thesaret e All-llahut dhe se e di të fshehtën, nuk them se jam engjëll dhe nuk them për ata që përçmojnë sytë tuaj, se All-llahu s’u jep të mira. All-llahu e di se ç’kanë në vetvete. Atëherë do të isha i padrejtë (zullumqar).”(Hud, 29-31).

Është më se e vërtetë se dhunues kanë qenë faraonët, nemrudët, ebu xhehlët, hitlerët, millosheviqët, enverët etj…, por dhunues të këqinjë janë edhe ata që në opinion nuk njihen si dhunues. Kurse në fakt janë dhunues të padukshëm apo janë jo të drejtë realisht. Këta janë të atillët që veprimin e tyre e mbulojnë ose me autoritet, ose më aftësi momentale, që kjo tregon për një dhunë me vetëdije, edhe nëse të tjerët janë të pavetëdijshëm për atë se çfarë po ndodh përreth tyre.

Ndërkaq ajetet kuranore të lartpërmendura përmes gojës së Nuhut a.s. vënë në spikamë dy relacione me rëndësi për njeriun: atë vertikal dhe atë horizontal. Dimensioni vertikal vë në pah pikën kyçe e kulminante të besimit të njeriut, si dhe të orientimit apo kahëzimit të tij. Nëse në majë të piramidës së besimit nuk është Allahu Fuqiplotë, si dhe nëse çdo gjë nuk vlerësohet duke u bazuar në relacionin me Të, atëherë lirisht mund të themi se fillojnë të mbijnë elementet e dhunës. Mu për këtë Pejgamberi i Allahut shprehet se tek ai nuk janë thesaret e Allahut, se ai nuk është person që i din të fshehtat, se ai nuk është melek, si dhe se ai nuk e din se kujt Allahu i jep apo jo të mira. Pra, në fund të ajetit ai shprehet se në të kundërtën do të ishte prej dhunuesve/keqbërësve.

Koncepti i tevhidit (besimit në një Zot) nuk e lejon një koncept/sistem despotik politiko-social që tërë shoqërisë t’ia imponojë një formë të vetme të të kuptuarit të gjërave. Gjegjësisht që tërë shoqërisë t’i imponohet një qasje e njëjtë ndaj sendeve, para së gjithash është në kundërshtim me amshueshmërinë e Allahut, konkretisht me fenomenin që Allahu çdo herë krijon krijesa dhe gjësende të ndryshme nga ajo e mëparshmja. Pra, të menduarit imponueshëm edhe nëse mund që për momentin të duket si diç e mirë dhe atraktive, ajo në fund rezulton me një padrejtësi, gjegjësisht nëse jo me dhunë konkrete, me një dhunë të fshehtë sigurisht.

Për mendimin tim detajet janë shumë më të rëndësishme se sa vetë sjellja apo vepra që ka marrë formën e dukshme për të gjithë. Mu ky është vendi ku edhe qëndron ajo që mund të quhet burim i dhunës ose i jodhunës. Në suren Hud, ajeti 117, Allahu Fuqiplotë shprehet: “Sepse, Zoti yt kurrë nuk e shkatërron një bashkësi (vetëm) për (besime) të gabuara, derisa pjesëtarët e saj sillen drejtësisht (ndaj njëri-tjetrit).”Fahrudin Raziu duke e shpjeguar këtë ajet kuranor thotë: “Ndëshkimi i Zoti nuk i bie një populli vetëm për shkak të besimeve të tyre që arrijnë në shirk dhe kufr, por i bën të vuajnë vetëm nëse ata, në mënyrë këmbëngulëse, bëjnë të këqija në marrëdhëniet reciproke, dëmtojnë qëllimisht (qeniet e tjera njerëzore) dhe veprojnë në mënyrë tiranike (ndaj tyre)”. (Mesazhi i Kuranit, f. 323-324).

Këtu mund të rikujtojmë njerëzit e këqinjë në vendin tonë (RM), të cilët me anë të shkrimeve, bisedave, ligjëratave, mendimeve, debateve, nxjerrjes në facebook të fotove që janë të montuara, mundohen që të bëjnë çmos vetëm e vetëm që të dështojë institucioni i Bashkësisë Fetare Islame.

Ndryshe, dhunë e fshehtë është të flasësh në një vend jo të duhur; të qëndrosh në një vend jo të duhur; të merresh me punë që nuk të takojnë; të mos e përdorësh forcën tënde për dobi të shoqërisë, edhe nëse do të fajësohesh; të tregohesh shumë i mençur dhe i aftë atje ku nuk sheh rrezik; të jesh dyfytyrësh; t’u shesësh mend të tjerëve; të paraqitesh i moralshëm, deri sa amoraliteti të ka kapluar në të katër anët; të tregohesh se je shumë i gatshëm për sukses, edhe pse më herët ke dështuar disa herë; të mendosh se bota rrotullohet vetëm rreth vetvetes tënde; t’i ekskomunikosh të tjerët…etj.

Ndërkaq tre parimet e tevhidit: selam/paqe, eman/siguri dhe vahdet/bashkim, e thonë të kundërtën. Njeriu i cili veten e mendon kontribues për të mirën e vetvetes së tij, familjes dhe shoqërisë ku ai jeton si dhe në veçanti ai që e mendon veten si një besimtar i mirë dhe i devotshëm, duhet ti ketë parasysh këto tre terme që u përmendën më lartë. Pra, nëse je besimtarë, je për paqë, për siguri dhe për bashkim. Kjo bindje nuk mund të lejojë njeriun që të jetë agresiv, terrorist, dhunues as ndaj vetes e as ndaj tjetrit, pa marrë parasysh se cili është qëllimi apo synimi i tij.

Si rrjedhojë, çdo kush që dhunon nderin, dinjitetin, integritetin, autoritetin, pasurinë dhe familjen e dikujt apo sajon diçka për dikë le të thotë, ashtu siç tha Nuhu a.s.: “…Nëse e sajova faji im është mbi mua…”. (Hud, 35).
